Some of you might have heard that
in 2014, HKN boss and star artiste,

serious business not minding all the
enjoyment that heralded 2014.
He said, ‘In 2014 we all had fun, my

enjoyed ourselves but in 2015, it’s
serious business. ’
To confirm his words, the HKN label
has enlisted the services of celebrity

Don’t Campaign On Pulpit, Adeboye Warns Redeemed Pastors
The General Overseer of the
Redeemed Christian Church of God,
RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adejare
Adeboye, has again warned all the
pastors in the church not to use the
altar of the church to campaign for
any politician.
This will be the third time Pastor
Adeboye would be issuing the
warning to the pastors of the church
with headquarters in Nigeria and
hundreds of branches globally.
He had issued a similar warning
when an audio cassette authored by
one Pastor Bosun, who claimed to
be ordained in the RCCG, went viral.
In the controversial video Pastor
Bosun advised Christians not to vote
for the candidates of a particular
political party in the forthcoming
elections.
However, Pastor Adeboye swiftly
disassociated the Redeemed Church
from the contents of the cassette
which generated discontent among
politicians and political parties.
Pastor Adeboye told his pastors then
that the church should not be used
for any political activity.
He said he was not saying the
pastors should not partake in
politics, but that the church should
not be turned to campaign ground.
A few days ago, the authorities of
the church sent another text
message to all the pastors of the
church reminding them of the
earlier warning.
The content of Pastor Adeboye’s
message read: ‘The General Overseer
had reiterated that on no account
MUST the altar and the parish of the
Redeemed Christian Church of God
be used for political campaign.
Anyone caught will face the
consequence. You are warned.”
The latest warning may not be
unconnected with the recent
development where the APC
presidential candidate, General
Muhammadu Buhari, picked one of
the senior pastors of the church,
Pastor Yemi Osinbajo, who is a
Provincial Pastor, as his running
mate.
Since Osinbajo emerged as General
Buhari’s running mate, the
pendulum has changed in the
political circle.
Buhari, who had hitherto attracted
hostility from Christendom because
of his perceived religious stance, has
been enjoying tremendous support
from Christians because of Osinbajo.

Industreetz!!! Olamide & Phyno Link Up With Reminisce For Single Off His‘Baba Hafusa’ Album
Massive collaboration alert! Nigerian
rap heavyweights, Olamide, Phyno
and Reminisce appear to have
recorded a song together.
The rap titans flooded Instagram
with after recording photos on
Thursday…
With the three of them looking
stressed we already know it is going
to be fire.
Reminisce is expected to released
his 3rd studio album sometime this
year titled Baba Hafusa , with Hafusa
the name of his daughter.
From our radar, it looks like the title
of the fresh cut is “Local Rappers”
Wait on it!
“Stop Calling Me Or Anyone Indigenous Rapper” – Reminisce Warns
Over the years we have seen the
emergence and growth of
indigenous rap music in Nigeria,
many have been praising the artistes
that made it possible. The long list
contain rappers who throw
punchlines with Nigerian languages
and make it meaningful to their
teeming fans.
Notable among these rappers is
Reminisce popularly known as
“Alaga Ibile” meaning (Local
Chairman) in an exclusive interview
with HipHop World Magazine, the
rapper clears air on the indigenous
or local rapper tag on them when
asked to talk on how the
endorsement has been coming for
him and his fellow indigenous
rappers.
He said, “Stop calling us indigenous
rappers there is nothing like that, a
rapper is a rapper, calling myself,
Phyno, Olamide, Seriki, BaseOne, Lil
Kesh and couple of others coming
up local rapper is a way of
suppressing or make us feel inferior,
because Sarkodie is a rapper no one
refers to him as indigenous rapper.
If you cannot call him a local rapper
then don’t call any of us local or
indigenous rapper.
Over the years, we’ve been able to
overturn the rap game, we’ve been
able to change perception as regards
if you cannot rap in English you
cannot be a rap god or king and it’s
been a collective effort. Things has
really change people can now know
who the real hiphop guys are unlike
before when if you can rap in
English you won’t get endorsement.
And we feel very proud to be the
rave of the moment”.
