YBNL’s urban highlife singer, Adekunle Gold had publicly
predicted his own success years back.
In 2013, before even dreaming of getting signed to
Olamide’s YBNL Nation, music sensation, Adekunle Gold,
made the above bold declaration on Facebook.
Just like being an overnight success takes 10 years,
Adekunle’s ‘soon’ also took almost 3 years but on the 1st of
January, 2016, he bagged a Headies award for Best
Alternative Single for his song, Sade
