Enyeama, Musa In Fresh Battle For CAF Footballer Of The Year Award.

Ex Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama and
current captain of the team, Ahmed Musa are in a fresh
tussle over who emerges as the best footballer on the
continent.
According to Vanguard reports, the Confederation
Africaine de Football (CAF) on Sunday, listed the Nigerian
pair were among its list of nominees for the 2015 African
Player of the Year.
The former captain was said to have questioned the
captaincy of Musa as he returned to the team following
his absence in previous games, a development which led
to an altercation between the goalkeeper and the team’s
coach.
The team went ahead to lose their friendly against Congo
in a rather disappointing fashion, but later regrouped to
hand Cameroon a first defeat in six games after series of
consultative meetings by the Nigeria Football federation
(NFF).
The players now have another score to settle as the CAF
player of the year award has pitched them against each
other.
