Pure Beef!!! Oritsefemi And Olamide May Clash Over Sossi’s ‘Sebee’

Weeks after the release of “Sebee
Remix ”, which had two of Nigeria’s
best hip hop singers, there appears to
be some quiet discomfort in the
camps of Olamide and Oritsefemi over
their recent collaboration with fast-
rising afro-pop singer, Sossi. who is
signed to Bugatti records label
featured Oritsefemi and Olamide in
the remix of his popular single,
Sebee.
It was learnt that problem started
weeks after Sossi dropped the remix.
Sossi and his management were said
to have paid Olamide 1.5 million
naira for him to feature on the track
while Oritsefemi was allegedly paid
500,000 naira.
This disparity in the fee was said to
have angered Oritsefemi when he got
wind of Olamide’s fee, which was
apparently more than what he got
from the label. He’s believed to be
angry with Sossi and his management
over their decision to pay him less fee
as against Olamide, who he perceived
to be his junior in the music industry.
A source close to Oritsefemi said that
the singer was not happy when he
heard that Olamide was paid more
money than him and he decided to
voice his discomfort about the matter.
It was also gathered that there had
been some animosity between
Olamide and Oritsefemi over the
latter’s decision not to feature the
former in his yet-to-be released
album.
A source who does not want his name
mentioned in print disclosed that
there was no need to create
unnecessary feud among the two
artistes.
The artistes got what they requested
for and the label paid them what it
felt they truly deserve. Efforts to
reach Olamide on the phone proved
abortive as he didn’t pick his calls.
Oritsefemi who was said to have just
been discharged from the hospital
would not want to be dragged into
the matter. When contacted, Sossi’S
Manager, Michael said he was not
aware of the development.
We just hope this is not true and pray
both parties handle things maturely.

Nwaobiala, the Permanent Secretary in
the ministry said a lot of Nigerian
students were brilliant but Olalusi
was a genius.
He said Olalusi had become an
ambassador not only to the ministry
but to Nigeria and Russihi
Nwaobiala said: “We have to search
the Guinness Book of Records for
anybody who has achieved 5.0 in a
university. It is curious and strange
that all those that evaluated his
performance could not find reason to
reduce a point from him.
“You should be the ambassador of the
Federal Scholarship Board, Ministry of
Education, Nigeria and the Russian
Federation.
“I look forward to the day you will
stand before the President to receive
your honour. We have
recommendations to that effect, ’’

Girl same thing I went through. It’s
ok. Good over evil. Stay focused on
what’s important.”
In a related post, another post alleged

Someone shared this story on Twitter.
Please read and learn from it.

For all those who readily help others
to their own detriment, kindly follow
my suceeding tweets.

This newly posted corp member had
gone to an Access bank ATM to
withdraw N3000 from his account.
Shortly after he returned to the office,
he received a call from Diamond Bank
requesting his presence @ the bank
Moments later to te utter amazement
of everyone, dude returned in fetters
accompanied by policemen & Bank
staff.
A heavy allegation of theft was
slammed on him. He was being
accused of stealing a huge toyota car
and other things
Bank Staff came with a video evidence
of the corp member withdrawing at
the ATM with a card from the stolen
car. The guy was crying profusely & tried in
futility to exonerate himself by giving
a detailed explanation of what had
happened
He went to a nearby Access bank to
make withdrawal when a fellow
approached him feigning ignorance
on the workings of the ATM
He agreed to help & collected the
ATM card. The fellow frantically
opened a diary frm which he read out
different pin numbers
According to the corps member, he
withdrew over a 100k jst as the guy
urged him to be fast
Unknown to him as he would later
find out, the fellow and his gang had
stolen a car frm which he got the
ATM card
The woman who was on her to block
the ATM got a debit alert and
hastened up to the bank -Access
bank.
Access bank then connected Diamond
bank, his personal Bank and he was
called
Pleas for absolution from office staff
and concerned people fell on deaf
ears as the woman in question kept
spitting threats.
Currently the corp member has been
whisked away by police operatives
and is currently at their mercy.
I call on the @NYSC to wade into this
matter and ensure that an innocent
man is not made to suffer.
Please guys lets stop helping strangers with their

Barbaric!!! Man Cuts Wife’s Hand Off Over Adultery Allegation

Jacob Nwachukwu from Abia State cut
off his wife’s left hand over allegation
of infidelity.
The man’s wife, Mrs Nwadiokeonu
Nwachukwu, is now at a hospital in
Aba, while her severed hand had
been taken to her husband’s village at
Abala for burial.
The incident happened, Monday, at
Ogbor Hill Area of Aba, where the
woman had lived for years, while the
husband lived at their Abala village.
A female co-tenant of Mrs
Nwachukwu, who craved anonymity,
said that the couple had lived in the
city for years before the husband lost
his job and had to relocate to the
village, leaving his wife, who is a
trader, in the city.
She said:
“The couple had always quarrelled
any time the man visited his wife in
the city, to the extent that all the
tenants are aware and intervened in
their quarrels.”
The man was said to have visited the
wife on the said day and during their
usual quarrel, brought out a machete,
cut off the wife’s hand and left with it
to the village, while neighbours

Wickedness!!!Father Poisons 41 Day Old Baby In Attempt To Divorce His Wife . (Photo)

Poor 41-day-old baby, Zainab Olajide, has been
sent back to where she came from, spending little
time on this earth, after she was allegedly
poisoned by her father, Kazeem Olajide, in a keen
attempt to divorce his wife.
The incident happened at about 07:00am on
Friday in the Lemode area of Ogun State.
According to Punch, the mother, Abosede
Ogundare, had left Zainab with Kazeem to sweep
the compound only to come back and met the
baby with foams gushing out from her mouth.
It was learnt that Ogundare alerted neighbours to
the incident having found a bottle containing
pesticide with her husband.
Zainab was said to have been rushed to a
hospital in the community, where she eventually
died.
The suspect, who hails from Abeokuta, Ogun
State, attempted to flee, but was held by
residents, while the landlord of the house
reported the case to the monarch of the
community, Oba Solomon Sokunbi.
It was gathered that the father was handed over
to policemen at the Agbado Police Division after
he confessed to the crime before the monarch.
A resident, who identified himself only as Biodun,
said Kazeem had been threatening to divorce his
wife before the baby’s untimely death.
He said, “He doesn’t love the woman and has
been trying to divorce her. He poisoned the
innocent baby to actualise his mission. They
recently moved to this estate. She was their only
child.”
The landlord of the house, who did not want his
name in print, said the suspect had denied being
Zainab’s father prior to the incident.
“Three days before the incident, Kazeem (Olajide)
was looking for a pair of his slippers. When he
did not find it on time, he started raining curses. I
called him by his daughter’s name, and tried to
caution him, but he warned me not to call him by
her name again. It was when the incident
happened that I realised he might have
intentionally killed the child.”
Sokunbi, the Oba of Ijoko-Lemode, said Kazeem
owned up to the act, claiming that he was pushed
by the devil. He said he had been following the
case to ensure that the suspect was brought to
justice.
He said,
“It was the landlord who came to report the case
to me and I directed my chiefs to bring him and
the wife to the palace. I asked the husband and
he confessed. He said it was the handiwork of the
devil.
“I called the police from the Agbado Police
Division to arrest him. They said he had been
transferred to the state command headquarters. I
have been following the case. This is a pure
murder case and I want the police to duly
prosecute the suspect and let him face the law.”
The monarch added that Kazeem’s wife told him
in the presence of his chiefs that she saw the
bottle with him two days before the incident.
He said, “The woman thought the bottle contained
herbs. She said she left the child with him to
sweep the compound, only to return and met
Zainab gasping and foaming in the mouth. She
said she smelled pesticide in the baby’s mouth.

around 5pm on Tuesday (today).
Relevant officials, who spoke to our

foremost traditional ruler, who was
said to have passed away on Tuesday.
“I have heard but please, I don’t want
to be quoted on this. People have
been calling but nothing has been

Ibadan in that air ambulance,” he
said.
Oba Sijuwade became the fiftieth
traditional ruler or Ife in 1980.
Just last week, the Ooni resolved the
industrial dispute between the
management of the Obafemi
Awolowo University and some staff of

God Made Me But America Made Me – Buhari

While speaking at his U.S. War College
reunion during his recent trip to
America, President Muhammadu Buhari
stated, that God made him, but
America also made him.
According to ThisDay , Buhari’s Senior
Special Assistant on Media and
Publicity, Garba Shehu , wrote the
article below to emphasize that “US as
the architect of his (Buhari’s)
presidency sits well within reason.”

Here is the article:

Shortly after the August 1983
military coup that brought a 40-
year-old Muhammadu Buhari to
power, he received a phone call
from top personnel in the United
States Army. General Smith was the
Commandant of the U.S. War
College from which General Buhari
graduated in 1980. The school’s 1979
set had graduated its first Nigerian,
General Wushishi, who was the
Chief of Defence in the just ousted
Shehu government.
“Please, be kind to him,” General
Smith said over the phone.
The essence of the phone call was
not just to congratulate Nigeria’s
new Head of State, but to ensure
that the first Nigerian to graduate
from the U.S. War College would
not suffer any indignity under the
government of the second Nigerian
to graduate from the same school.
On Wednesday, July 22, members of
the U.S. War College Class of 1980
gathered at the Blair House in
Washington, DC, to welcome the
man they had selected as their
football team referee 36 years ago.
“Being referee all those years ago
taught me to be fair and just,”
President Buhari said during the
meeting.
Among the former classmates
gathered were Lt. General Granrud
(Commander of the U.S. forces in
Japan Rtd), Brigadier General Jack
Pellica, General Ronald Griffith
(Former Vice Chairman of the U.S.
army central command), Colonel
Lany Gordon and Colonel Paul
Summerville.
General Smith has since passed on,
as have all the directing staff and a
larger percentage of the old
students from the set. “This just
shows that all of us are on the
queue,” President Buhari said,
“waiting for our turn.”
The Nigerian Commander-in-Chief
said he hoped that the U.S. would
continue its tradition of training
Nigerians in the war college. At the
time he attended the school, he was
the only African in his class. The
only other foreigners were from
Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel,
Indonesia, Thailand, France and
Japan. The Japanese student went
on to become the head of his
country’s army.
President Buhari then went on to
update his classmates on his life
since he last saw them: his different
appointments, his accomplishments
and his family. “I have just received
my 13th grandchild,” he said.
He added that the wife they knew
him with at the time had since died,
and that he had also lost a son and a
daughter from his new wife.
“Of all my eight children,” he said,
“only one is a boy.” Some of his
former classmates were curious to
know if President Buhari would
place his only son, Yusuf, in the
army. “I stopped him from joining
the army,” President Buhari replied.
He explained that the military he
joined was very different from what
it is today, adding that he was the
second Nigerian to be sent to the
U.S. War College based on his
records alone, without connections.
“Things took a wrong turn in
Nigeria,” he said. “Your records no
longer matter.”
Some of the former classmates
present at the meeting stated that at
the time they met President Buhari
back in 1980, they knew little about
Nigeria or Africa.
They credited the Nigerian leader
with giving them their initial
enlightenment about the continent.
Others recalled how he always
overworked himself.
However, President Buhari
described his war college
experience as being responsible for
his subsequent life of hard work,
endurance and perseverance. “I
contested for president three times
and failed,” he said. “Then I did it
the fourth time and won.”
A roar of laughter followed the
president’s apt illustration.
He then rendered his narrative of
the collapse of the Soviet Union,
breaking into 18 republics and how
that influenced his decision to join
politics.
“The collapse of the Soviet empire
in 1980 without a single shot being
fired convinced that the multi-party
democratic system was the best for
all countries.”
President Buhari then expressed
appreciation to President Barack
Obama and to the U.S. for the role
the country played in Nigeria’s
successful elections, recalling
Secretary of State, John Kerry’s visit
to him and to former President
Goodluck Jonathan, as well as to
Attahiru Jega, the electoral
commissioner at the time.
“Kerry read the riot act to all of us,”
he said, “saying the conduct of the
election must be free, fair and in
line with the Constitution.”
He added that, without US
intervention, the electoral
malpractices of the past twelve
years would likely have happened
again.
“God made me but America made
me,” he said. The Class of 1980 gave
President Buhari the full assurances
of their support, stating that they
were willing to use their experience
to assist him in any way they can,
particularly with tackling terrorism
in northeast Nigeria.
They promised to put together and
forward to him a compendium of
their thoughts on the security
situation in Nigeria.
In September, President Buhari will
be meeting once again with his
former classmates, at another event
scheduled to take place at the
United Nations.

Meet The Richest King In Nigeria – “The Olugbo Of Ugbo Kingdom”, Hrm Obateru Akinrunta

The Olugbo of Ugbo Kingdom, HRM
Frederick Obateru Akinruntan has
emerged as the richest king in Nigeria
according to Forbes rating.
Oba Akinruntan beat the Ooni of Ife,
Oba Okunade Sijuade to emerge the
wealthiest monarch in Nigeria.
According to Forbes magazine, Oba
Akinruntan and Oba Sijuade were
mentioned as one of the 5 wealthiest
monarchs in Africa.
Forbes magazine recently listed them
on their list of 5 wealthiest monarchs
in Africa. Oba Akinruntan is rated to
have an estimated net worth of
$300million while that of Oba Sijuade
is place at not less than $75 million.
The Ooni of Ife has business interest
in construction, property and oil
while Oba Akinruntan is
mainly into oil.
Oba Akinruntan is the founder of Obat
Oil and he is said to own the largest
petroleum depot in Africa.
Oba Akinruntan started Obat Oil
Company in Okitipupa, Ondo State in
1981 with a gas station which was to
meet the needs of his immediate
family and neighboring communities.
OBAT Oil has now grown to more than
50 gas stations across Nigeria.
His company also has one of the
largest tank farms in Africa- a modern
storage facility that has the capacity
to store 65 million liters of petroleum
products.
Aside the oil and gas business, Oba
Akinruntan is also into real estate as
he has choice buildings in London
and across Nigeria including the
landmark Febson Hotels and Mall in
the Central Business District of Abuja
Oba Obateru Akinrutan became the
Olugbo of Ugbo land, a small oil-rich
community in Ondo state in 2009 and
that was a prophecy comes true.
Beside his eye popping immense
wealth, the respected traditional ruler
is a man of class, taste and style. He
oozes sheer sophistication as he
possesses arrays of luxury cars in his
sprawling and magnificent palace.
He made history in 2012 when he
emerged as the first black person to
buy the 2014 model of Bentley which
was made solely for Queen Elizabeth
of England in the belief that other
people would wait till 2014 to ride it.
But Oba Akinruntan shocked all by
buying the same version in 2012.
Oba Akinruntan also has a custom
built 2012 Rolls Royce similar to that
of Queen Elizabeth II.
And just as he has dazzled all on land,
he is also dazzling people on waterand
this cannot be far-fetched. He was
born and bred in a riverine area
before he become a king of
a riverine area where long before now
there was no motorable road. They
travelled bywater thus his love for
travelling on water.
ObaAkiruntan is alleged to control
some of the most expensive yachts in
the country.
He sits atop a business conglomerate
with interests in petroleum, shipping,
construction, fishery, tourism and
hospitality, consultancy services and
water purification and production.
Since his emergence as the king of
Ugbo Kingdom, Oba Akiruntan’s
eldest son, Prince Akinfemiwa
Akinrutan, has been the managing
director of the company while the
king assumed post of the Chairman of
the oil company.

Presidency Reportedly Begin Negotiations With Book Haram

There are reports that the presidency
has started negotiations with Boko
Haram. This comes a week after
president Buhari told CNN’s Christine
Amanpour that his govt will negotiate
with the terrorist sect for the release
of Chibok girls if they are assured of
the credibility of the leadership of the
sect they will be negotiating with.
The Nation reports that some of
President Buhari’s confidants and
leaders of the sect group are doing
the negotiations.
A source who spoke on the recent
development said
“The President’s appeal for peace in
the Northeast is yielding dividends
because a fresh facilitation of talks
between the Presidency and Boko
Haram has started. This latest
negotiation, which is at the
preliminary stage, is being
promoted by some mutual
confidants of the Presidency and
Boko Haram. The new deal may
lead to the release of some Chibok
girls to set the tone for a
comprehensive negotiation by both
sides. The President is extremely
cautious on this offer of negotiation.
Buhari has ordered security
agencies to screen or certify those
Boko Haram commanders interested
in facilitating this latest negotiation
to ensure that they are bonafide
leaders of the sect. The position of
the President is that why he is not
averse to a peace deal, the Federal
Government must avoid the costly
mistakes of the past which led to a
waste of time and huge resources.
The President wants the release of
the Chibok girls and quick
restoration of peace to the
Northeast; he is ready to negotiate
with the right people for sustainable
results.”
But there are strong indications that
the leader of the sect, Imam
Abubakar Shekau, is yet to be
involved in the new deal.
“I think we are still at the
preliminary stage. At the right time,
there is a way the negotiation offer
will be forwarded to their leader.
But the fact that some Boko Haram
commanders, whom US placed
ransom upon, might be part of the
negotiation shows that the crisis can
be resolved, if all hands are on
deck, “ another source said.
