More facts have emerged as regards the names
of would-be ministers submitted by President
Muhammadu Buhari to the Senate President,
Bukola Saraki on Wednesday September 30.
The Cable reports that former governors of
Lagos, Rivers, Ekiti and Anambra states;
Babatunde Fashola, Rotimi Amaechi, Kayode
Fayemi and Chris Ngige are among names
submitted by the president.

Others listed by the medium include Ogbonnaya
Onu, Senator Udoma Udo Udoma (Akwa Ibom),
former CPC legal adviser, Malami Abubakar,
former CPC governorship candidate in Oyo State,
Adebayo Shittu.
The report indicated that Aisha Alhassan, who
lost the Taraba governorship election to PDP’s
Darius Ishiaku is one of the females on the list.

Also on the list is Dr Emmanuel Kachikwu, Group
Managing Director, Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation (NNPC) who might likely serve as
Minister of State for Petroleum as Buhari has
confirmed that he will head the ministry.
